Salary and some other monetary benefits include:

• $300/hour for up to 144 hours per month (twelve 12-hour shifts); hours over 144 are paid an increased rate
• Additional $10 per hour paid for quality goals met
• Quarterly profit sharing bonus (among other ED physicians)
• $4,000/month residency stipend once contracts are signed and until start date
• Up to $30,000/year match in student loan repayment assistance (if the physician pays $30,000 or less, we reimburse the equal amount) for 5 years
• Other:  paid house hunting, relocation and credentialing; malpractice insurance with tail coverage; health insurance in exchange for precepting 6 residents/medical students per year; CME allowance
