Doing what is right for our clients is what Meraki believes in. One aspect of integrity in recruiting is communication. We communicate with our clients so that they are kept up to date on the progress of their search. This also gives the client the opportunity to provide feedback throughout the hiring process. Part of communication is owning up to our mistakes. If we make a mistake, we communicate with the client. This gives the client and Meraki the opportunity to talk through solutions and alternate ideas and grow from the experience, thus forging a stronger partnership.
