This established medical group seeks an Electrophysiology Cardiologist to be part of an exceptional opportunity within our well-established, highly regarded Cardiology Division. This position will support the increase in current patient volumes. Successful candidates must be Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Electrophysiology. The ideal candidate will be able to provide services in support of full spectrum cardiovascular testing including; treatments with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, cardiac surgery, TAVR, PVI ablations, ICD and CRT-D implantation, non-invasive testing services, cardiac rehabilitation, an arrhythmia with left atrial appendage occlusion (Watchman) and advanced cardiac imaging. The group has a well-established patent base as the premier Cardiac Center in the North Florida Region. There is an opportunity to participate in clinical trials and join a private research institute as well as become a partner in the practice. This group practices solely at 1 hospital which provides 2 Full-service EP Labs, with a 3rd in planning.

Benefits of private/multi-specialty practice with partnership with 1 hospital through Professional Service Agreement and exclusive cardiology contract. Current composition includes 5 interventional, 8 non-invasive/imaging, 4 electrophysiologists, 4 cardiac/thoracic surgeons and 11 Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physicians. The group has been a part of the community for over 20 years. The group is active in research and education and own and own operate a well-developed, independent clinical research institute participating in over 100 clinical trials over the past decade and active in multiple new device and pharmaceutical studies. The group’s physicians also serve on faculty at Florida State University (FSU) College of Medicine and as preceptors with FSU Internal Medicine Program and the hospital’s Family Medicine Residency Program. This hospital is currently seeking a full-time gastroenterologist. Practice includes support from an FNP-C and a state-of-the-art facility with two new endoscopy suites.
• Salary: Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
• Bonus of 100% of practice profits
• Clinic schedule: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM; Weekly duties are equally split between outpatient clinic and endoscopy procedures in hospital. Required call 7 days/month (one week/month) shared with general surgeons and fellow gastroenterologist. Extra pay for extra call.
• Opportunity to precept medical students and residents
• Facilities: The Surgery Center and Clinic is located within short walking distance of the hospital campus; physicians’ lounge with meals provided; a 24-hour all-access employee gym; and a state-of-the-art medical education center with simulation labs
